안녕하세요 효쀼니입니다
제가 어떤 식단으로 20kg를 감량했는지 궁금해하시는분들 많아서
감량기때 어떤식으로 식단을 짜서 먹었는지 초반과 중반 후반에 나눠서

star : usually when you crave food, you want the sensation of the food. Instead of constantly eating what you crave(if it’s unhealthy) try to look at alternatives!! Celery could be a substitute for chips?.

UnofficiallyNotNormal : The key to lose weight and keep it off is to find a way that of eating that doesn't go over the daily amount of calories that you need to live (you can even go a bit lower if you feel like it) but without depriving yourself. So, have the snack and really enjoy the taste while it lasts but don't eat mindlessly all the time out of boredom. And if you add daily form of activity to that you will never gain weight again. Sometimes you might feel like eating more and that's completely fine. The scale might show a much higher result after 2-3 days of eating more but don't worry = it's most often just the water weight due to consuming more food and therefore more salt that keeps water in the body and it's also just the weight of the undigested & digested food in your stomach and intestines and it will all go back to your previous weight after 2 days of being back to normal way of eating and after going to the toilet. You might even find you lost some weight because your metabolism got a boost.
